Shipping, returns & exchanges

SHIPPING

 

 1. Are there any shipping charges?
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150/- for orders below Rs.6000. For orders above that, shipping is free across India. 


2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you've placed your order, it should reach you in two weeks! Sometimes this may vary, depending on your location and order size. 


3. Why do orders take so long? 
At Monokrom, we keep wastage at a minimum and our team starts creating your piece only once we receive your order! If, for any reason you have a special request for expedited delivery, do write to us at monokromfashion@gmail.com and we'll try our best to accommodate your request. 


4. How can I track my shipment? 
You should receive an email and an SMS as soon as your order is confirmed. This will contain the tracking details for your order. 


5. Do you ship outside India? 
Yes, We now ship to UAE, Singapore, Hongkong with shipping fee of Rs. 850/-  For any queries please write to us at monokromfashion@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you the best we can! 


6. What if I'm not available when my shipment arrives? 
If you are not available to receive your Monokrom delivery, our courier partner will notify you. They will also make an additional attempt to deliver your order after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. Please drop us an email at monokromfashion@gmail.com if you've missed receiving your delivery and we'll be happy to help! 


 

RETURNS 

 
1. Do you allow returns? 
We're sure you're going to love the Monokrom piece we've created for you. We do not allow returns at this time. However, if you have ordered the incorrect size, we will be happy to exchange the product for you. 
 
 2. I want to exchange my product for another size/ color. Is this possible? 

We understand that you may have ordered the wrong size or colour. You can request an exchange by writing to us at monokromfashion@gmail.com  within one week of receiving your order. Pieces for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original packaging and labels intact. 

 
 3. My order is incorrect. What do I do? 
Oops! If you've received an order that is different from the one you placed, please write to us at monokromfashion@gmail.com  and we'll sort it out for you.

1. I want something custom-made. Is that possible? 
We're sure you will find something in our collection that you love. We don't undertake single custom orders but if you need any of our pieces in a particular size or colour, we can make that happen! You can send us an Instagram DM @shopmonokrom or email us at monokromfashion@gmail.com
 
2. Where are your garments manufactured?
All our pieces are manufactured in India. We're proudly homegrown.
